STANDING UP AGAINST GEJ'S OPPRESSIVE REMOVAL OF PETROLEUM SUBSIDY

Subsidy Removal would subject Nigerians to buy a liter of petrol at N172. Is this kleptomaniac regime mindful of its implications? The removal would place more money in the hands of our looters to further oppress us as looting spree of the PDP would be endless with impunity. Mark it, nothing would happen to Akala & co. We must resist this oppressive move by GEJ again.

Too bad we found ourselves here. I begged our people to vote Buhari - Bakare ticket; we were fooled with South-South and Black Hat sentiments. We're going to pay dearly for this. How much is the Minimum Wage of N18,000 that governments have not paid compared to the multiplier effects of N172 per liter on our means of livelihood? Housing, Food, Transport, Rent, School Fees, Hospital Bills, Communication - in fact EVERYTHING would be out of the grip for a common man. If GEJ wanted to do that, our intra and inter state transport would have been on the ground, metroline would have been in place. Mass Housing would have been built, agriculture would have been solid. For a country with petroleum as its mainstay to suddenly remove subsidy without putting these into consideration speaks volume of insensitivity, greed, wickedness and lack of direction and leadership in a nation where the majority is helplessly facing oppression of the rich that would benefit wholesomely from this same oppressive removal.

I don't think the imperial Col. Moammar Ghaddafi did badly i managing the affairs of his people but for annihilation of his own people and being ego-centric with his unrepentant anti-West posture. Nigeria government must learn to be responsible. How do they want us to be so led when we see endless looting of our resources with the toothless prosecution of the so-called criminals that never punish anyone.

I'm really pressed to urgently call our elders (not self-serving governors or state council that have always conspired together with government to oppress us), respected opinion moulders and religious leaders should educate Mr. President now; we don't need to keep encouraging the Boko Harams, MEND and other violent agitations that largely rose because of ineptitude of government.
